Review of A Beka Book® Science Curriculum – Elementary

The A Beka elementary curriculum follows a traditional school textbook approach. It works well where the student is primarily reading the textbooks or for families using A Beka curriculum for multiple subjects. Grades 1-2 offer a separate teacher edition, which provides everything needed to teach the course. Grades 3-6 has a separate curriculum/lesson plan guide to help teach the curriculum. A supplemental tests, quizzes and worksheets book and companion answer keys are also available. Beautiful photos and illustrations engage students and help them grasp the information. And the written content is very comprehensive. Students who are good readers or have a strong science interest will enjoy and do well with this curriculum. This curriculum presents a Christian creationist worldview.
