Berean Builders' Science in the Scientific Revolution is the third book in a multi-level, Christian-based, elementary science series that uses history as a guide to teach science concepts.
To engage students K-6, the lessons are built around an activity and contain three levels of review questions so you can adjust the curriculum for different ages and learning abilities.
This Berean Builders text is based on the scientific work of natural philosophers who lived from 1543 to the end of the 1600s. Topics covered include astronomy, human anatomy, medicine, botany, zoology, heliocentrism, geocentrism, gases, pressure, electricity, fossils, microbiology, binary numbers, gravity, conservation laws, and the laws of motion. The course includes around 90 hours of instruction, 35 of which are composed of hands-on activities.
This engaging course was written for grades K-6. Hardcover.
