This kit not only demonstrates how solar power can be turned into electricity but it also explains how gears work, what a driver gear is, and teaches about energy, torque, transmission, and more. The instructions tell how to build 10 different models that use a solar cell and motor, as well as provide information on how solar cells work, a history of solar cell technology, and pictures of real life solar vehicles.

You can experiment with your solar cell outside or inside using a fluorescent or incandescent bulb. Includes over 50 building pieces. You provide some items to complete the experiments, including a desk lamp or sunlight.
