Production Associate
The Production Associate performs essential production work, including kit assembly, batch repackaging, labeling, inspection, counting, and workspace organization. This role helps ensure that products are complete, accurate, well-presented, and ready for customers.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in warehouse, packaging, kitting, assembly, fulfillment, or production work preferred but not required.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and multi-step procedures accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities.
- Dependable attendance and ability to work productively as part of a team.
- Ability to communicate clearly and ask questions when work instructions are unclear.

Why I Do What I Do
My fourth grade Teacher - Mrs. Brandt - I have always believed that being an Educator is one of the most challenging and rewarding professions. As a student who struggled in school, I never would have reached my potential or be the person I am today without an amazing educator who did everything to inspire me to never give up and to believe in myself.
