      K'Nex Roller Coaster Physics

      This is a fascinating hands-on tool for exploring high school physics! With this set, students can build 11 classic roller coaster models, including ones with a clothoid loop, half pipes, and ball ramps. They'll learn about projectile motion, centripetal force, acceleration, conservation of energy, and experimental design as they experiment with these working models.

      There are 2037 snap-together pieces, enough for 6-8 students to work together to build two large models simultaneously. A 59-page teacher's guide with nine lessons is included along with a CD containing model construction details. This set comes with an electric motor to power some of the models. Three large plastic cases with dividers and snap-on lids help keep the parts organized.
